I'm ssh into a remote host (linux, fedora) and i want to do ssh operation (git with bitbucket) there.

Ssh user@ip and then it prompts for a password.

If your ssh private key is in the default directory, the software may find it automatically. How do i get winscp to connect to an ssh server with a private key that i specify. For example, i have a private key i created with ssh in cygwin (id_rsa). I'd like to find out dynamically instead of having to look at the source.

Is there a way to specify the password in the ssh command itself? I don't see the option. Does anyone have any ideas about how to remove the old key. Tcp does offer a mechanism to automatically close connections deemed dead because of timeout.
